By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s) after viewing the website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders.

The contract made by you with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.

Product Specifications

1.1 We have a policy of continuous product design and development and reserve the right to change and amend the specifications of any goods or products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

1.2 Products supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. Unless agreed with you, the products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance.

1.3 Some items are made from quality natural wood and accordingly appearances may vary. Some woods will mellow with age and exposure to sunlight.

1.4 We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.

1.5 All steam showers, steam rooms, saunas, shower enclosures, whirlpool baths and equivalent products are delivered as self-assembly units. Please contact us for more information about the number of packages, size & delivery questions you have before ordering.

2. Measurements

2.1 We will not accept any liability for any extra costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements.

2.2 All dimensions specified by us are approximate.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices include VAT, where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.

3.2 Goods are delivered on weekdays directly to your home address and any inclusive or extra delivery prices shown are based upon delivery within the UK mainland (contact us about other delivery areas), You will be notified of the additional delivery charge if not inclusive, before you complete your purchase. For weekend delivery, if available, a surcharge may apply. For delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands and other non mainland delivery locations, additional delivery charges will apply. You will be advised of these additional delivery charges if you telephone 0208-166-5994 before you complete your purchase.

3.3 The prices displayed on the website in relation to any online promotion are valid strictly until midnight on the day which the promotion expires unless stated otherwise by us.

3.4 We will not be bound to honour any prices, where we have indicated to you subsequently that the prices displayed have been displayed in error.

4. Payment

4.1 You must pay by credit, charge or debit card at the time of order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products which may be offered by us on our website, telephone, email or other means will be correct; that the credit charge or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your provided credit charge or debit card details, before accepting your order.

4.2 Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. Should you order an out of stock item in error, your Card will be refunded immediately. Out of stock items can be reserved with no deposit.

4.3 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

4.4 If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us first by phone or email. Your order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.

5. Delivery

5.1 We are only able to deliver your orders to you, if you have a permanent address on the UK.

5.2 Orders totalling less than 15kg may be dispatched by post or courier.

5.3 For all orders - any changes made to the content of your order will have an impact on your delivery date. We may therefore be unable to deliver your goods on your confirmed delivery date should changes occur and if so, a new delivery date will be given.

5.6 If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof.

5.7 Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Smart Price Warehouse or any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

5.8 Any damage in transit or short delivery must be noted in writing on the carrier's delivery note, at the time of delivery and notified to the Company within 2 working days after delivery. Any other claim that the Goods delivered are not in accordance with the order must be notified in writing to the Company within 5 working days after delivery.

The times stated in this clause are of the essence and the Company will have no liability if any damage or claim is notified late or not noted as required. For the purpose of this clause all days are working days except Saturdays, Sundays and UK

6. Installation

Unless otherwise stated in a particular manufactures installation guide, the products we sell requires qualified trades people to fit (Plumbers & Electricians). Failure to get the product fitted by a qualified trades person will invalidate your warranty and Smart Price Warehouse Ltd shall not be held liable for any problems or damages arising from fitting or failure. A claim must be accompanied by the completed installation certificate.

7. Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

7.1  You have the statutory right to return products*you have purchased for any reason, including if you simply change your mind. Due to the extremely fragile nature of the product, we highly recommend you notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within seven (7) working days of delivery. Note; the law states you do have 14 days from delivery to effect such notification and a further 14 days to make the return, but do not delay in advising us of your intention.

Once the product is then received back and fully checked, you will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation.

Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. You will be refunded the full cost of the product, minus our actual delivery cost of £66 + VAT, even if you received free delivery as part of a promotion, you will still be charged for this as we can only refund on the product, not the delivery aspect.

If you do decide to return a product as above, it is your obligation to arrange and send this back to us and pay the costs incurred. Should you want for us to arrange the collection and delivery back of the returned item, the current collection charges are £66 +VAT. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are securely packaged for a safe return on the pallet. Where the delivery company has to package and re-palletise the unit, further fees will be payable.

7.2 After this 14 day period has expired you may in certain circumstances still cancel your order and return the products you have purchased. This will be subject to the fees above, plus we will also retain an administration fee of 20% of the order value (up to a maximum of £50 including VAT).

7.3 Subject to your statutory rights, bespoke products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.

7.4 If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within 30 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as possible thereafter by contacting us on 0208-166-5994. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided.

7.5 We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

8. Guarantees and Claims under Warranties

8.1 The provisions of this clause 8, apply in addition to your statutory consumer rights in relation to faulty or mis-described products. These rights are not affected by the guarantee.

8.2 The guarantor is Smart Price Warehouse, Spectrum House, Dunstable Road, Redbourn, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 7PR.

8.3 We guarantee all products against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials for a minimum period of 12 months from the actual date of delivery.

8.4 These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear; neglect; abuse or misuse of your goods; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft or explosion; accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party. The guarantee excludes bulbs and fluorescent tubes.

8.5 In the event of a claim under guarantee occurring, please Contact Us

8.6 We will arrange to repair or replace the defective or incorrect item free of charge. Should a part no longer be available, it will be replaced with a part that most closely matches it.

8.7 We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered products over and above the value of the goods themselves. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8.8 All Smart Price Warehouse Steam Shower Cabins are designed to be free standing. You must ensure you are able to gain access to the rear of the unit to inspect or attend to the hoses and electrical connections should the need arise. We will consequently not be liable for costs incurred by fitters needing to fit replacement parts on units that are fastened to the fabric of the property, sealed in, boxed in or otherwise installed into modified or awkward to access locations.

8.9 Where parts are supplied under Warranty to repair a fault that has been identified we will cover costs incurred by having your plumbing or bathroom fitter return to install the replacement part providing it is within 28 days of delivery of your unit (where a part is not in stock to dispatch immediately from us, this timescale will adjust to allow for re-stocking). The costs claimed must be deemed reasonable (see also 8.8 above) .

We are also not liable for costs incurred by late deliveries where the fitter is waiting for goods/items to arrive, where we (Smart Price Warehouse) have dispatched the goods on time, but the delivery is delayed or failed beyond our control. All parts are subject to delivery charge of £6.99 to cover postage and packaging.

9. Web Site Content and Disclaimers

9.1 Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however some prices/details contained on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors, as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.

9.2 To the maximum extent permissible by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We cannot accept liability for any particular material on the website or as a result of any use of or reliance placed upon the information contained on this website.

9.3 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of this website is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 We control and operate the web site from our offices within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our web site from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Smart Price Warehouse and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
